The membership of NEWForest Working Dogs is primarily for the Newfoundland and Leonberger dog breeds.

Other breeds and crosses may be accepted by a majority vote of the NEWForest Working Dogs committee.

Membership costs a one off joining fee of £20 plus £10 annual membership.

Membership is renewable December 31st

Most events incur costs per attendance, this is almost always incurred either by the venue or to pay for the venue.

Water training is currently £5 per dog per week

Carting and winter obedience is currently £5 per dog per event

We produce weekly email updates and a monthly newsletter to which everyone is welcome to contribute

Events comprise water work in the summer, obedience, carting and obstacle course events in the winter. We also generally hold a dogs' christmas party each year.

The committee reserves the right to refuse membership to any dog owner who the committee considers disruptive to the NFWD Club’s stated goals and objectives.
